LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Competition concluded after four sessions of racing at the Louisville Invitational as the University of Louisville swimming and diving squads competed at the Ralph Wright Natatorium.

In the grueling 1650 freestyle, Daria Golovaty stopped the clock in 16:14.53 for  a B-cut and the win. Fellow Cardinal Merve Tencel was second in 16:49.21.

In the 100 fly finals, Thomas  Powers-Hammond hit the wall in 46.21 for the win. Mateo Miceli was second in 46.47 and Aiden Musso was third in 46.53.

In the 200 breast, Jake Eccleston pulled ahead of the field to post a 1:54.36 and a B-cut. Luke Shourds was second in 1:57.06. UK's Murilo Amatuzzi finished in third with a 1:58.03 and Eli Greinke was third, going 1:59.60 for the Wildcats.

In the 100 back, Camille Murray turned in a 52.90 to win the women's race and Drew Collins won the men's race with a time of 47.24.

In the 50 freestyle, Avery Karl held off the field for the win, going 22.74. Â Bianca Costea was second in 22.90 for UofL. UK's Avera Frece was third after posting a 23.35 and Hana Spaulding was fourth in 24.38.

In time trials, Kayden Lancaster swam the 1650 freestyle, posting a time of 15:18.27 for a B-standard time.  Kim Herkle put up a 1:58.38 in the 200 IM time trial. In the men's 200 IM time trial, Drew Collins finished in 1:48.18. In the 500 free, Denis Loktev boarded a 4:18.81, just ahead of Eli Shoyat's 4:19.81 and Gregg Enoch's 4:21.16. In the 100 breast, Rob Ehrenborg put up a 57.24 in a  time trial. Rye Ulett swam the 200 back in 1:55.07 in a time trial.  Ella Welch posted a 1:07.74 in the 100 free. In the men's 100 free, Matias Santiso was first into the wall with a time of 42.91. Camden Doane checked in with a 1:58.10 in the 200 fly. In a 200 butterfly time trial, Tommy Bried led the charge with a 1:42.43 just ahead of Gustavo Saldo's 1:43.12 and Aidan Paro's 1:43.42. Karoline Barrett swam the 100 fly time trial in 45.63. In the men's 100 fly time trial, Dalton Lowe boarded a 45.63. Filip Kosinski had the fastest time in 100 back time trial with a 45.99. Rian Graham was second in 46.40 and Charlie Crush was third in 46.40.
