PLAYER NOTES
- Jake Munroe has acclimated himself well to playing at Louisville. The junior college All-American has a hit in 13 of 14 games to start his Louisville career, including a team-best nine multi-hit games. Munroe is currently second in the ACC with a .473 batting average and ranks top five in hits per game, total hits and on-base percentage.
- Tague Davis came to Louisville as a highly touted prospect and has lived up to the billing early. The freshman leads the Cardinals with five homers, and has driven in a team-leading 18 runs through 14 games, including his walk-off two-run homer to defeat St. John's in the opening game of the weekend series. Davis is second in the ACC with an .838 slugging percentage and is one homer shy of the national lead among freshmen.
- Matt Klein had a breakout summer in the Cape Cod League that saw him hit .375 for the Cotuit Kettleers. His hitting ways have continued to start the spring, as he has recorded multiple hits in seven games and multiples RBIs in six.
- Zion Rose was a freshman All-American in 2024 after hitting .380, the top mark of any Power Five freshman during the regular season. He has started the 2025 season by picking up right where he left off. Through 14 games, Rose is hitting .345 with six doubles, a triple, two home runs and 14 RBIs.

- Peter Michael transferred to Louisville with a career 13.25 ERA after one year each at San Diego and Northwestern. However, the right-hander has turned it around as the Sunday starter for the Cards. Michael is 2-0 with a 2.45 ERA through four starts with 21 strikeouts in 18.1 innings.
- Brennyn Cutts has been excellent through his first five appearances in a Louisville uniform.
