No. 10/8 Swimming and Diving Heads To Mizzou to Open 2025

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville swimming and diving team heads to the University of Missouri to kick off the new year with a dual against the Tigers Friday (Jan. 3) at Mizzou Aquatic Center.

Competition beings at 11 a.m., with live results available via the Meet Mobile app and DiveMeets. Admission is free and open to the public.

Cards vs. Tigers

The No. 10-ranked Louisville men lead the series record 6-1 against Mizzou.
The No. 8 Louisville women are undefeated at 5-0 over Missouri.
The Tigers last faced the Cardinals on January 5, 2024, at Ralph Wright Natatorium.
The men's squad fell 205-89, while the women dropped a 203-96 decision last season in Louisville.

Last Time Out for the Cards
After three days of racing the No. 9/7 University of Louisville men's and women's swimming teams completed the Ohio State Invitational. The Louisville men placed second and the women were third.

The Louisville men scored 2324.5 for second, trailing only Indiana's 2857.5, followed by Ohio State (2050), Yale (1,182.5), Penn State (1,061), Cincinnati (852), Northwestrn (237.5) and Notre Dame (Dive only) 29. The women scored 1,986 points, trailing only winner Indiana (2526.5) and Ohio State (2413.5) followed by UCLA (1,503), Notre Dame (917), Cincinnati (895), Penn State (746.5), Yale (690), Rutgers (279.5) and Northwestern (114).
