Cardinals Ranked 20th in the United Soccer Coaches Poll

LOUISVILLE, KY. – The University of Louisville women's soccer team is ranked 20th in this week's United Soccer Coaches poll. It is the first time this season the Cardinals have been ranked since receiving votes all four weeks. Louisville is one of seven ACC teams ranked in the poll.
The Cardinals are also ranked No. 25 in the Top Drawer Soccer poll.
Louisville (7-0-0) is currently off to their best start in school history. The Cards wrapped up the nonconference schedule with a 1-0 overtime win against No. 9 Vanderbilt on Sunday night.
Emina Ekic, the Co-Offensive ACC Player of the Week, leads the Cardinals on the season with four goals and four assists for 12 points. Brooklynn Rivers and Maisie Whitsett rank second on the team in scoring with three goals each. Gabby Kouzelos leads the team in goal with a 0.16 goals against average.
The Cardinals will host No. 4 North Carolina on Saturday in Lynn Stadium at 7:30 p.m.

Season tickets for the 2019 University of Louisville soccer season are on sale now. Reserved chairback tickets are priced at $106 for adults, $85 for faculty/staff, and $85 per ticket for families of four or more. General admission/berm seating is priced at $53 for adults and families of four or more $40 per ticket.
