RALEIGH, N.C. – The 20th-ranked Louisville women's soccer team (12-3-2, 5-2-2 ACC), picked up a 3-0 win over NC State (5-7-4, 4-2-2 ACC) Thursday night at Dail Soccer Complex. Betsy Huckaby scored her fourth goal of the season as well. Following these goals, Amelia Swinarski sealed the game with her ninth goal of the season and a goal in her second-straight match. Erynn Floyd finished the match with four saves to record her ninth clean sheet of the season.
It was a scoreless first half for this matchup. Each team had their chances on goal, but the best chance of the half came off a corner to Taylor Morris. Morris headed it just over the top of the crossbar.
