Molloy Advances to 1-meter Finals as ACC Championships get underway

All six Cardinal divers finished in the top 24
ATLANTA -- University of Louisville diver Mack Molloy advanced to the finals of the men's 1-meter springboard Sunday afternoon as competition at the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving  Championships get underway at the McAuley Aquatic Center on the campus of Georgia Tech.Â
All six Louisville. divers finished in the top 24 and were able to score points for the Cardinals. ACC diving was moved to Sunday through Tuesday.Â
Molloy placed seventh in the prelims after posting a score of 321.05. Miami's Mohamed Farouk will enter the finals as the favorite after his 388.20 score. UofL's Ray Preas was 19th with 285.35 and Rayce Winn was 20th with a 282.30.Â
On the women's 3-meter board, UofL's Maud Van Kempen was 15th, scoring a 262.80. Teammate Audree Brazeau-Howes boarded a 246.05 for 20th and Samm Helmboldt scored a 240.35 for 23rd.Â
