Samm Helmboldt Punches Ticket to NCAA Diving

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- On the final day of competition at the NCAA Zone C Championships at Ohio State's McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, University of Louisville diver Samm Helmboldt punched her ticket to the 2025 NCAA Championships. The NCAA meet runs March 19-22 at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center in Federal Way, Washington. Â

Samm Helmboldt boarded a 240.95 on platform in prelims to qualify eighth and then posted a 484.35 total in the finals to finish ninth and snag a spot on both the platform and the 2 meter. Audree Brazeau-Howes was tenth in prelims with 237.20 and then finished 14th in the finals 447.30. In the men's platform event, Noam Kulbak qualified 17h with 302 just ahead of Rayce Winn's 19th place score of 294.90 and Ray Preas's 22nd place score of 278.05.
