2024-25: Noam qualified for NCAA Zone C Championships where he finished 1th in the platform (580.45). At Kentucky, he was sixth in the 1M (283.88) and seventh on the 3M board with a 322.13. At Missouri, he was fourth in the 3M (312.08) and fifth in the platform (275.85). He was 18^th in the 1M and 11^th in the 3M. Against Purdue, Noam placed seventh in the 1M (251.78) and was eighth in the 3M (251.48). Noam was sixth in the 1M (286.65) and in the 3M (297.30) versus Tennessee.

Prep: Kulbak joins the Cardinals from Highland Park, Illinois. He dove for Glenbrook Aquatics with club coach Tony Santucci as well as Highland Park High School with coach Jon Roby. He wrapped up his high school diving career in 2024 by taking first place at the IHSA State Championship for the 1m event. Noam also took second place in the 1m at the 2023 IHSA State Championship. He is a five time Junior National Championship semi-finalist.

Personal: He is the son of Marci and Shlomo Kulbak. He was born February 10, 2006. His major is Mechanical Engineering.
