May 11, 2020 | Women's Soccer
The Cardinals achieved a collective 3.780 grade-point average for the 2020 spring semester.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – While the University of Louisville women's soccer team finished with a 13-5-2 record and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament, grade point averages from the 2020 UofL spring semester reflect that the Cardinals have excelled in the classroom, as well.
The Cardinals achieved a collective 3.780 grade-point average for the 2020 spring semester, which marks the highest GPA in the Karen Ferguson-Dayes era. Their 3.632 GPA for the 2019-20 academic year is also the highest with Ferguson-Dayes at the helm.
Louisville women's soccer has eclipsed a 3.0 team GPA every semester since 2000.
In addition, 25 of 26 student-athletes earned a 3.0 or better GPA. Sixteen players were named to the Dean's List for Spring 2020, earning above a 3.5 GPA, while five were named Dean's Scholars for a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Arianna Ferraro and Brooklynn Rivers graduated in the spring of 2020.
