
Louisville Baseball’s 2019 Television Schedule Announced

Cardinals will have 52 of 56 regular season games televised on ESPN platforms.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville baseball program's 2019 television schedule was announced on Monday, with 52 of 56 regular season games set for ESPN platforms. The 52 regular season games scheduled for television coverage matches the 2018 season for most in program history.
The television schedule is headlined by a pair of games slated for ESPNU. The Cardinals will host Vanderbilt on May 7 in the annual Battle of the Barrel and will later appear on ESPNU May 14 at Indiana.
Forty-eight of the 52 games will be televised exclusively on ACC Network Extra, available on WatchESPN and the ESPN app. The Cardinals will also appear on SEC Network+ on the road at Kentucky on April 16 and on ESPN+ at Eastern Kentucky March 19.
Overall, more than 425 games featuring ACC teams will be televised across ESPN and regional networks in 2019. Additionally, the 2019 ACC Baseball Championship, scheduled for May 21-26 in Durham, N.C., will be televised in its entirety, with games on Tuesday through Saturday on the league's regional sports networks and Sunday's championship on ESPN2.
The fourth-ranked Cardinals open the 2019 season on Friday, Feb. 15 at 6 p.m., ET against No. 20 Connecticut at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Fla. Game two of the series is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m., ET with the series finale set for Sunday, Feb. 17 at 1 p.m., ET. The 2019 home opener is slated for Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 3 p.m., ET against Eastern Kentucky at Jim Patterson Stadium.
2019 LOUISVILLE BASEBALL SEASON TICKETS
After one season of ticketed admission for all home games, the Cardinals are giving free admission back to the fans in 2019. Louisville's 15 ACC games as well as non-conference games against UK and Vanderbilt will be ticketed events at Jim Patterson Stadium. All other non-conference matchups, including games against Ole Miss, Western Kentucky and Xavier, will have free admission.
The 2019 reserved chairback ticket packages, which include one ticket to each of the 17 ticketed games, are priced at $110 for adults, $90 for senior adults/youths and $90 for families of four or more. Season tickets for the Left Field Berm are also available at $50 per ticket. Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online here, by calling 502-GO-CARDS or by visiting the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office, located near Gate 2 at Cardinal Stadium (2800 South Floyd Street) on weekdays from 9 a.m., until 5 p.m., ET.
