Cardinals Host Camp during the month of June
Louisville, Ky. -- University of Louisville head coach Arthur Albiero has announced the details for the Cardinals' 2016 Swim Camps.
The Starts/Turns Camp is June 10-12 for ages 12-18 and is available as overnight or commuter. This camp focuses on the small details that make a BIG difference. Improving your starts, turns and breakouts for all four strokes will guarantee to help you swim faster.
The Training/Technique Camp begins June 5-9 for ages 8-18 and is available as overnight, commuter and half day. This camp focus on the essential as well as cutting edge skills related to stroke techniques, but also the art of "winning the practice" mindset. Each camper will be placed in a training group according to age, ability, and competitive background. This camp is designed for competitive swimmers who can swim all four competitive strokes. Higher level swimmers will be placed into a higher demanding training group and will provide great aerobic training for the summer season.
Â
Advanced Stroke Camp will also be offered as well for ages 12 and over. Butterfly Camp will run from June 5-7, Backstroke Camp will run from June 7-9 and Breaststroke Camp will run from June 9-11.Â
All campers must have medical insurance coverage.
