LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville women's soccer will be hosting its one-day Winter Academy on Feb. 8, 2009. The event is designed to expose players ages 14-18 to the life of a soccer player at the University of Louisville, small group training sessions run by the Louisville soccer staff, a strength and conditioning session with the Louisville Sports Performance staff, a compliance session to answer all of your recruiting questions and concerns, as well as games designed to increase players' tactical awareness.
The cost of the camp is $100 (US), but there is a discounted price of $90 for applications received by Jan. 15. There is also a team option where teams can work together as a group with one of the Louisville soccer coaches, and these teams will receive a discounted price of $85 per player.
