2015 Cross Country: Competed in six races this season…recorded a career best time in the 5K finishing in 18:30.0 at the Vanderbilt Invite…finished 15th at Evansville Early Bird…set a career best in the 6K with a time of 21:59.0 at the Pre-Nationals Invitational while also placing 16th.
Prep: Four year letterwinner in both cross country and track under head coach Lowery Stallings...Member of team that finished runner-up in state in 2013 and 2014...finished third at state championship in 2014.
Personal: Daughter of Walter and Ann Herd...birthday is Aug. 11, 1996 ...has a sister, Caty ...majoring in nursing and minoring in public health.
