Finished the fall ranked No. 42 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association singles rankings... At ASA Miami JC: Spent two seasons at ASA Miami Junior College where he helped the Silver Storm to the 2017 NJCAA national championship and a runner-up finish in 2018…Finished second in the country in both singles and doubles as the flight 1 runner-up in the National Junior College Athletic Association in 2018. At the end of his freshman season, Chen was ranked No. 9 in doubles and helped his team win the national title at flight No. 2. He also finished at No. 30 in singles after winning at No. 4 in the finals… Prior to enrolling at ASA Miami, he was rated third Taiwan U18 rankings and reached as high as No. 99 in ITF juniors
