Bio
2024-25: At the USA Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis, he was 16th in the 400M IM (4:22.47) and 18th in the 200 back (2:00.28). At the ACC Championships in Greensboro, he was seventh in the 400 IM (3:42.31), 13th in the 200 IM (1:43.70) and 25th in the 200 back (1:42.67). During the dual meet season, He won the 200 back versus Xavier (1:48.71) as well as versus Purdue (1:42.89). He was second in the 200 back at the SMU Classic, where he also finished seventh in the 400 IM (3:46.01) and eighth in the 100 back (47.68). In the meet with Tennessee, he was second in the 200 back (1:43.62), third in the 200 IM (1:47.42) and fifth in the 100 back (48.10). At Purdue he was second in the 100 back (46.96) and he was fourth in the 400 IM (3:43.02) and seventh in the 200 IM (1:44.42) at the Ohio State Invitational. At Kentucky, he was second in both the 200 back (1:43.71) and the 200 IM (1:46.39) and third in the 100 back (47.59). Against Indiana, he was second in both the 200 back (1:42.90) and the 400 IM (3:46.44). He won the 200 IM versus Cincinnati with a 1:44.77.
2023-24: Jackson qualified for the NCAA Championships in three events, placing 35th in the 200 IM (1:43.96), 23rd in the 400 M (3:43.19) and 32nd in the 200 backstroke (1:41.65). At the ACC Championships, he scored 45 points for the Cardinals. He was 11th in the 200 IM finals (1:44.09), 14th in the 400 IM (3:49.44) and 11th in the 200 back. He helped the Cards to a fifth place in the 400 medley relay. At the SMU Classic, Jackson was on the winning 800 free relay team (6:25.95) and touched second in the 400 IM (3:47.58). He was third in the 200 back and fourth in the 200 IM at SMU. At Tennessee, Jackson won the 100M back (55.93) and 200M back (2:01.93) and was second in the 200M IM (2:05.36) and was on the winning 200M Medley Relay. At the Missouri meet, he won the 200 back and was second in both the 100 back and the 400 IM. Against rival Kentucky, he swept the backstroke events and was second in the 200 IM and th 200 medley relay. In the double dual meet with Indiana and Wisconsin, he was third in both the 200 back (1:42.12) and the 400 IM (3:48.72). In the final dual meet of the season, he won the 200 back and the 200 IM against Cincinnati.
2022-23: Jackson qualified for the ACC Championships as a freshman. He made the B-final of the 400 IM with a time of 3:49.29. and was 15th overall I the 200 back with a time of 1:44.19. In the dual meet season, he began his college career against Xavier, where he was second in the 100 back, third in the 200 back and was on the fourth place C-relay in the 200 Medley. Against Tennessee, he was fourth in both the 200 IM and the 200 back and was seventh in the 100 back. At Notre Dame, he was second in the 200 back and sixth in the 200 IM and placed eighth in the 100 back. At the Purdue Invitational, he was fourth in the finals of the 200 IM (1:47.84), second in the 400 IM (3:50.96), 18th in the 100 back and sixth in the 200 back. He touched 14th in the finals of the 200 breast. At Missouri, he was second in the 200 back and sixth in the 100 back. Against rival Kentucky, he was second in both the 200 IM and the 200 back while touching third in the 100 back. Against Indiana, he was fifth in both the 100 back and the 200 IM while finishing third in the 200 back. In the final dual meet of the season, he won the 400 IM (3:49.57) and was second in the 100 back and third in the 200 breast.
Prep: From Lexington, Kentucky, Millard suits up for the Cards following a strong club season with Kentucky Aquatics. Millard was a three time finalist at the 2022 NCSA Summer Swimming Championship finished 4th in the 200 IM, 6th in the 400 IM, and 8th in the 200 breaststroke. Competing at the 2022 Speedo Sectionals in Cary, Millard finished 2nd in the 400 IM, 3rd in the 200 backstroke, and 7th in the 500 freestyle. Millard is a state champion in the 500 freestyle for Henry Clay High School. He was runner-up in the 100 backstroke and 200 IM in 2021 and finished third in at the KHSAA State Championships in the 200 IM in 2022. Millard has notched best times of 1:48.08 in the 200 IM, 3:48.41 in the 400 IM, 49.15 in the 100 backstroke, and 2:00.58 in the 200 breaststroke.
