Junior: Devon scored in the ACC Championships with a second place finish in B final of 200 fly with a time of 1:58.83. She made the C final of the 500-free with a 19th place overall and a time of 4:50.03 and was 18th in the 100-fly with a 53.71. She won the 200-fly against Xavier in 2:03.93 and the 100-fly (56.35) early last season. In the five team field at the Louisville Invitational, she won the 200-fly in 1:57.88 and was fourth in the 100-fly (54.37). She was third in the 100-fly versus Florida State and fifth against Auburn and Tennessee with a time of 55.27. At Kentucky, she was third I the 200-fly with a 2:02.60. She helped her relay team finish third at Indiana in the 200-medley relay with 25.47 split and scored in the 100-fly at the same meet. Against North Carolina, she was fifth in the 200-fly with a 2:03.13 and fourth in the 100-fly in 56.38. One of her fastest times of the year came at the Louisville Invitational when she went 1: 57.34 in the 200-fly. She also competed in the Charlotte Arena Pro Series. At the USA Short Course Nationals, Bibault was sixth in the B-final of the 100-fly in 53.99 and was seventh in the C-final with a time of 2:15.35 in the 200-breaststroke.
Sophomore: In her second year with the Cardinals, Bibault added to the Cardinals’ depth in the fly events. Devon finished first in the Michigan Invite with a time of 54.50 in the 100-fly. Bibault took third place in the Michigan Invite with a time of 1:59.17 in the 200-fly. She also took second place in the 200-fly against Georgia Tech. She took fourth place against Indiana in the 100- and 200-fly. Bibault also added second place finishes in the 100-fly and 200-fly in a dual meet against Cincinnati and Houston.
Freshman: As a freshman, Devon Bibault qualified for the NCAA championships by being invited with her 200-butterfly time of 1:57.44 at the Purdue Invite. She swam the 100- and 200-butterfly at NCAA where she placed 35th in 53.59 and 28th in 1:58.09 respectively. At BIG EAST, Bibault finished 3rd in the 200-butterfly in a time of 1:58.00 making her an All- BIG EAST performer in the 200-butterfly, 10th in the 500-freestyle in 4:51.14, and 11th in the 400-IM at 4:20.12. In the beginning of the season, Bibault won the 100- and 200-butterfly at the Xavier meet. She also competed at the Purdue Invite, swimming the 100-butterfly in 54.22 to place 2nd, the 500-freestyle for 5th in 4:51.61, and the 200-IM for 4th in 2:02.08. Bibault was named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Prep: Devon came to U of L from Edmonton, Alberta in Canada, where she swam for Hope Christian School and Edmonton Keyano Swim Club where she was coached by Derrick Schoof. In the summer of 2012, she competed at the open water Canadian Age Group Nationals in Calgary, Alberta in the 200-fly, 150-fly, 50-fly, 200-IM, 400-IM, and 200-free. In April of 2012, Devon placed 7th in the 200-fly at the Canadian Olympic Trials in Montreal. In 2011, she swam the 200-fly, 100-fly, and medley relay at the World Juniors in Lima, Peru, where she was a finalist in the 200-butterfly at the Dropping over two seconds off her best time, Devon swam to a seventh place finish with a time of 2:14.12(LCM). She will also add speed to the Louisville line-up in the 100-butterfly with a time of 1:01.79(LCM).
