2011 Cross Country: Ran in all six of the team's races ... was a scoring runner at each meet ... top finish came at the Mid-America Opener, taking second ... set career bests in the 8K - 24:11.16 at the BIG EAST Championships to finish 22nd - and the 10K - 31:38.7 at the NCAA Southeast Regional to place 58th.

2010-11 Track: Participated in the BIG EAST Indoor and BIG EAST Outdoor Championships ... competed in four outdoor events (1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase, 4x800m relay, 4x1,500m relay) and three indoor disciplines (1,000m, mile, 3,000m) ... had a second place-showing in the 4x1,500m relay at the Alabama Relays ... competed on the distance medley relay team at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships ... placed 13th in the 3,000m race at the Meyo Invitational ... took 12th in the event at the Gladstein Invitational.

2008-09 Track: Competed in the steeplechase ... finished third at the Raleigh Relays (9:27.59) and third at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invite (9:52.77) ... placed seventh in the steeplechase at the Baldy/Castillo Invite.

Prep: Lettered four years in track and five years in cross country at St. Henry District High ... nine-time state champion ... specifically, was a three-time 3,200m state champ, two-time 1,600m state champ and a two-time cross country state champion ... all-south team member ... two-time Kentucky Runner of the Year ...
