2012: Had a 10.12 ERA in three relief appearances and 2.2 innings pitched. Made first appearance of the season with an inning of scoreless relief against No. 12 Ole Miss on March 14.

2011: Was 2-0 with a 2.82 ERA and 16 strikeouts in 22.1 innings pitched. Made 18 appearances overall, including one start. Pitched 2.0 shutout innings of relief against Pittsburgh on day one of the 2011 BIG EAST Championship. Came out of the bullpen with 1.2 innings of shutout relief at No. 15 UConn on May 14 to earn the victory and improve to 2-0 on the season. Pitched scoreless inning of relief against Vanderbilt. Made first start of the season and second of his career on May 7 at Seton Hall and finished with no-decision after allowing one earned run on three hits in 2.1 innings pitched. Allowed one run on two hits in 1.0 inning of relief against EMU on May 3. Earned first career win with 2.1 innings of scoreless relief against Georgetown on May 1. Allowed two runs on two hits in 1.1 innings of relief against USF on April 23. Pitched 1.0 inning of scoreless relief against Indiana on April 19. Had a career-high five strikeouts in 2.0 shutout innings of relief against WKU on April 5. Came out of the bullpen to allow one unearned run on one hit in 1.2 innings of relief against Rutgers on March 25. Gave up one run on one hit in less than an inning of relief against Xavier on March 18. Allowed first run of the season on a home run in his 1.1 innings of relief at USC on March 16. Came out of the bullpen to pitch 1.0 shutout inning of relief. Pitched one shutout inning of relief against Purdue on March 8. Retired the only two batters he faced in his season debut in the eighth inning of the Cardinals' win over Morehead State.

2010: Finished his first collegiate season with an 0-1 record and a 4.32 ERA in 8.1 innings of work. Made five total appearances on the mound with one start. Allowed one unearned run on one hit in 1.2 innings of relief against EKU on May 18. After an eight-week layoff between appearances, he pitched valiantly with 2.0 scoreless innings of relief at Vanderbilt before giving up a game-ending home run in the bottom of the 17th inning to take the first loss of his career. Allowed one run on one hit with one strikeout in 1.0 inning of relief against Xavier on March 16. Pitched a scoreless inning out of the bullpen against Evansville on March 3. Made his first career appearance, allowing two runs on three hits with a strikeout against Morehead State on Feb. 23 at Jim Patterson Stadium.

High School: Earned All-State, All-Metro and All-Conference honors at Lindbergh High School, where he was coached by Darin Scott. As a senior, he finished 7-0 on the mound with 95 strikeouts. Also earned All-Conference honors as a junior with a 4-3 record on the mound. Earned two letters in basketball as a center for Lindbergh High School.

Personal: Born Andrew James Flett on July 21, 1990, in St. Louis, Mo. Son of Tina and Michael Flett. Has one older brother, Alex. Majoring in justice administration at the University of Louisville. Biggest thrill in sports was winning the Perfect Game USA Tournament in Fort Myers, Fla. After college, he hopes to play professional baseball or go into teaching and become a coach. Person with the greatest influence on his athletic career is his father, who has always been there and is always trying to make him a better player. Hobbies and outside interests include playing Ping Pong, watching movies and hanging out with his brother and friends. Favorite movies are Paranormal Activity, Jay and Silent Bob and Waterboy. Favorite TV shows include That `70s Show, Family Guy and South Park. Favorite athletes are Albert Pujols and Adam Wainwright. Favorite cereal is Reese's Puffs. Favorite candy bar is Twix. Favorite foods include hot wings, gooey butter cake and anything spicy. Favorite restaurants are Taco Bell and Golden Corral. Favorite team is the St. Louis Cardinals.
