
Gorbenko and Winn Named ACC Women's Swimmer and Men's Diver of the Week

Gorbenko earned the honor for the second straight week
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – In the 14th set of weekly honors for the 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming & Diving season, Anastasia Gorbenko was named ACC Women's Swimmer of the Week for the second straight week, while Rayce Winn was named ACC Men's Diver of the Week.
Against No. 9 Indiana, Gorbenko earned a program record and secured victory in the 200 breast with a time of 2:06.75, while also winning the 100 breast (57.81) and 400 IM (4:06.52). Gorbenko helped the 200-medley relay claim a first-place time of 1:33.59. Versus Cincinnati, Gorbenko won the 200 free (1:43.27) and 200 back (1:52.53). Gorbenko made NCAA Cuts in all events and ranks No. 5 nationally in the 100 and 200 breast, while helping the 200-medley relay record the fourth fastest time in the country.
Winn secured a school record and won the 1-meter diving against Cincinnati with a score of 376.63, a mark that ranks No. 6 in the nation. Winn also placed third in platform diving (316.73). At No. 3 Indiana, Winn finished 5th in 1-meter diving (311.18) and sixth in 3-meter diving (326.63). All scores earned NCAA Zone Cuts.
The Cardinals stay at home to host the Louisville Invitational at Ralph Wright Natatorium on Thursday and Friday, February 5-6.
