
Cardinals in Ninth After Second Round of Mason Rudolph Championship

Bailey Burkett is tied for seventh at 2-under-par
FRANKLIN, Tenn. -Â The Louisville women's golf team moved up to ninth place after the second round of the Mason Rudolph Championship Saturday afternoon from Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Cardinals were 11-over-par 295 for the day but moved up a spot on the leaderboard heading into the final round on Sunday.
Bailey Burkett continues to lead the way for the Cardinals after the first two rounds. She had four birdies on the round and shot a 2-over-par 73 and is tied for seventh overall at 2-under-par.
Madison Moman also shot a 2-over-par 73 for the second round and had two birdies on the day. She is tied for 45th overall at 6-over-par for the tournament.
Thienna Huynh rebounded with a 3-over-par 75 for her second round. She had two birdies on the round and is tied for 71st overall.
Veronika Exposito and Millie Cottrell rounded out the scoring for the Cardinals. Exposito carded a 4-over par 75 and is tied for 57th overall at 8-over-par. Cottrell was 5-over-par 76 in the second round and is tied for 65th overall at 10-over-par through two rounds.Â
