Louisville will face in-state rival Kentucky at 6 p.m. on ESPNU
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville softball will host in-state rival Kentucky in the Battle of the Bluegrass on Wednesday, April 2nd, at 6 p.m. (ET) at Ulmer Stadium.
Louisville (20-15, 3-9 ACC) comes off a series loss against the No. 19/21-ranked Duke Blue Devils over the weekend. Some highlights from the series included a Bri Despines home run, adding to her five on the year. Char Lorenz recorded a stolen base in Sunday's game, bringing her total to 12 for the season. Senior Ally Alexander had a solid weekend overall, going 5-for-10 and recording three RBIs.Â
The game will be broadcast on ESPNU as the Cards look to break a four-game losing streak against Kentucky, dating back to April 2021.
