The University of Louisville lacrosse team will continue Atlantic Coast Conference play this weekend when the Cardinals travel to Chestnut Hill, Mass. to take on top-ranked Boston College Saturday at 12 p.m.
• The Cardinals enter the game with a 4-4 record and a 1-2 mark in ACC play following a 16-7 loss to Virginia Tech on Saturday.
• Sophomore Reese Whiteman paces the team with 13 goals.
• Junior Negai Nakazawa leads the Cardinals with 17 points and seven assists. She is tied for third on the team with 10 goals.
• Nakazawa and Whiteman have scored at least one goal in seven of Louisville's eight games this season.
• Graduate senior Ashley Osborne is tied for the team lead with 14 ground balls and has accumulated 95 in her career, needing five more to become the eighth player in program history with 100 or more ground balls.
• Sophomore Catherine Kangas is tied with Osborne with 14 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers.
• Freshman Olivia Scroggie paces the team with 30 draw controls including a career-high seven in the 13-10 loss at Marquette.
• J Pleck (4-4) has posted 81 saves - including a career-high 16 against Vanderbilt while logging 452:35 minutes in goal this season. She recently surpassed the 200 save mark, becoming the seventh player in program history to do so.
• Last season, Louisville posted an 8-11 record after registering the program's first-ever ACC tournament win, beating Virginia Tech 13-11 in the first round. Louisville also earned a 13-12 win over No. 20 Clemson in the 2024 regular season.

• Three Cardinals recorded hat tricks for Louisville. Kokoro Nakazawa paved the way for the Cards, scoring four goals and tallying her seventh hat trick of the season. Nicole Perroni
recorded three goals and broke the program's point scoring streak with 44 consecutive games. Kylea Dobson also scored three goals. Sara Addeche tallied 10 saves for the Cards.
• Boston College's Rachel Clark led all scorers with six goals on nine shot attempts. Kayla Martello followed with four goals of her own.
Scouting the Eagles:Â Boston College enters the week with an 9-0 record following Wednesday's 20-4 win at UAlbany. The defending ACC and NCAA champion Eagles also boast a 3-0 conference record with wins over No. 13 Duke, Virginia Tech and most recently, No. 19 Notre Dame.
• Entering this week, the Eagles lead the nation in scoring offense (18.50), points per game (28.50) and assists per game (10.0). Rachel Clark leads the nation with 41 goals while Shea Dolce ranks second in conference and fifth in the nation with a 6.90 goals against average.
• Acacia Walker-Weinstein is her her 13th season at the helm and was recently named the
head coach of the U.S. Women's National Team.
