Cardinals earns IWLCA Academic Honor Squad Award, place 10 on Academic Honor Roll
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - The University of Louisville lacrosse team placed 10 student-athletes on the 2026 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA)Â Division I Academic Honor Roll as announced by the organization Wednesday.
In addition to the individual recognition, the Cardinals were named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad after posting a 3.65 team GPA for the academic year.
The IWLCA honored 1,212 student-athletes from 122 different institutions on the honor roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
Aubrey Bagenstose, Maggie McMahon, Erin Nicholson and Cece Reilly take home the honor for the second time. They are joined by Abigail Cole, Karli Harnischfeger, Cate Kangas, Karli Kirchenheiter, Morgan Vasseur and Reese Whiteman.
