Cards Host No. 3 Notre Dame to Close Out Regular Season

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's lacrosse team will close out their regular season when they host No. 3 Notre Dame on Thursday, April 18. The opening draw is scheduled for 12 p.m. (noon) ET on the ACCNX.

- Kokoro Nakazawa has tallied 55 goals, 21 assists, and 76 points this season. She is eighth in the ACC in assists (21), second in free position goals per game (1.00), second in goals (55), and third in points (76). Her 76 points ranks seventh nationally and her 55 goals ranks 9th in the country. The attacker has scored at least once in every game this season with at least three goals in 12 of 16 games. She has scored 99 goals in her career and is currently on a 21-game goal-scoring streak that dates back to 2023.
- Nicole Perroni is dominating on both sides of the field this season. This season, she has tallied 40 goals and eight assists on 101 shots. She is first in the conference (10th nationally) in caused turnovers per game with 2.44, first in the ACC (10th nationally) in free position goals per game with 1.06, and first in the ACC in ground balls per game with 2.63. Playing 68 games in her career, the midfielder is currently on a program-high 52 game goal-scoring and point-scoring streak. Her goal-scoring streak is the longest active streak in the ACC.
- Sara Addeche has continued to guard the net through 16 games. She has recorded 135 saves and a .407 save percentage in 849:13 minutes at the net. She ranks first in the ACC and 11th nationally in saves and is first in the conference in saves per game this season with 8.44. Addeche recorded her seventh game of the season with double-digit saves on April 12 with 11 saves at ranked Duke. This marked her 13th career game with 10 or more saves and added to her 331 career-save total, which is second in program history and 17 away from tying the program record.

- Notre Dame closed out its regular season home slate when they hosted Duke for a 19-7 win on senior day. The Irish head into their final game of the regular season when they face Louisville on the road this Thursday. In their most recent road trip, the Irish recorded a pair of wins in Virginia and are now 7-0 on the road this season.
- The Irish boast six 20+ goal performances this season and own one of the nation's hottest offenses.
- The Irish returned an NCAA best 91-percent of their scoring from a season ago including their six top scorers in Jackie Wolak (105 pts.), Kasey Choma (88 pts.), Madison Ahern (84 pts.), MK Doherty (38 pts.), Kristen Shanahan (29 pts.) and Kelly Denes (25 pts.).
