Praasterink and Gizzi Punch Their Ticket to NCAA Championships

Cardinal women will advance on 1M; 3M and Platform Coming up
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- University of Louisville divers Else Praasterink and Lindsay Gizzi punched their ticket to the NCAA Championship at the NCAA Zone C Qualifier Thursday evening at the Ralph Wright Natatorium.

Praasterink finished fifth on the 1M springboard with a score of 587.60 and Gizzi was sixth with a score of 578.90 to advance. Grace Leonard was 17th with a score of 513.85.

In prelims, Praasterink scored 299.35 for fourth, Gizzi posted a 283.45 for ninth and Leonard postzed 261.80 for 15th to all advance to the finals.

In men's 3M spring board, UofL's Adam Sneden scored 237.25 to finish 33rd and did not advance to the finals.
