Bio
2024-25: Lindsay competed for the Cards at the NCAA Championships in Federal Way, Washington, where she posted a 244.55 in 1M and 242.05 on the 3M. At NCAA Zone C Championships, she finished fourth in the 1M finals (563.25), and ninth in the 3M finals (594.05). At the ACC Championships in Greensboro, NC, she was 11th in 1M (256.85) and eighth in 3M (300.10) and finished 16th on platform (236.10). During the dual season, she won both 1M (280.50) and 3M (301.88) against Xavier and was fourth on 3M (271.70) and fifth in 1M (252.25) at the SMU Classic. She won both springboard events against Tennessee putting up the top score in 1M (278.85) and 3M (290.33). She won the 3M versus Purdue (276.55). At the USA Diving Winter Nationals, she put up a 185.30 in 1M and 177.75 in 3M. She won the 1M against Missouri (222.68), Kentucky (299.33) and Indiana (314.85). She was voted ACC Diver of the Week twice in 2024-25.
2023-24: Lindsay finished second din synchronized diving at the Last Chance Olympic Trials Qualifier with a 211.29 and fifth in the finals of the 3M with a 251.35. At NCAA Championships in Athens, she was 33rd in the 1M with a 249.80. At NCAA Zone C Championships, she was sixth in the finals of the IM (578.90) and was 14th on platform in the finals, posting a 443.80. At the ACC Championships, she was sixth in the 3M finals (317.80) and was 10th on platform with a 230.95 in the prelims. At the House of Champions, she was sixth in the 1M Finals (239.05), third in the 3M finals (292.25). She was seventh on platform with a 211.90 in the finals. She won both boards against Notre Dame with a 305.18 on 1M and 320.55 on #M. She won the 1M at Missouri (308.48) and Auburn (284.48) and swept both boards versus Kentucky with a 306.83 on the 1M and a 308.85 on the 3M. She also swept both boards versus Cincinnati with a 293 on the 1M and a 337.13 on the 3M.
2022-23: Lindsay transferred into the Ville from Colorado State and immediately made her presence known on the Cardinals’ dive squad. She qualified for 1 meter springboard at NCAAs where she put up a 239.55, after emerging from the field at the Zone C qualifier. At Zones, she was 13th in in 3M finals, 10th in 1M finals. At ACCs, she made the finals in the 1 meter and finished sixth with a score of 286.15. She was 13th in the 3M with a 281.30 and 9th in the platform with a 241.25. In the dual season, she won the 1 meter board versus Xavier, Tennessee and Missouri. She won the 3M versus Cincinnati. She competed at the 2023 USA National Diving Championship qualifier where she finished second in the 3M and 8th in the 1M. At the USA 2023 Diving National Championships, she was 11th in synchronized 3M and 15th on the 1M springboard.
2021-22: Gizzi dove for Colorado State University her freshman year where she established a school record on the 1-meter (335.05) against Air Force. Gizzi finished 5th at the Mountain West Conference Championships in the 3-meter (338.00). Throughout the season, she won seven meets, four in the 1-meter and three in the 3-meter. Gizzi qualified for A Zones in both the 1-meter and 3-meter and was named Mountain West Conference Diver of the Week four times.
Prep: From South Bend, Indiana, Gizzi brings a solid resume to the boards for the Cardinals. Gizzi placed 9th at the IHSAA State Championships her senior year. After qualifying twice for the Junior Nationals Zones, Gizzi won the 2019 USA Diving Zone D Championships in the 1-meter. She placed third in the 1-meter and fourth in the 3-meter at the 2021 USA Diving Junior Region 6 Championships. She has personal bests of 527.70 on the 1-meter (11 dives) and 281.75 on the 3-meter.
