Cardinals Place 10 on All-ACC Academic Team

Louisville had 10 student-athletes on the league’s academic team.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's soccer program had 10 student-athletes named to the All-ACC Academic Team released by the league on Thursday.
Axel Alejandre, David Boccuzzo, Gaetano D'Argento, Quinton Elliot, Konstantinos Georgallides, Josh Jones, Bryce LeBel, Sander Roed, Alex Svetanoff and Mason Tatafu represented the Cardinals on the All-Academic Team.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The Louisville program produced a 3.222 team GPA during the fall, with 20 student-athletes earning honor roll status.
On the field, the Cardinals finished with a 12-6-3 record, reaching the NCAA Tournament for the third straight season.
