Cross Country Lands Seven on All-ACC Academic Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The University of Louisville cross country teams placed seven student-athletes on the 2025 All-ACC Cross Country Academic Team, as announced by the conference office on Friday.
Olivia Alessandrini, Temi Ariyo, Ellie Maurer, Haley Meade, and Maddie Seaby earned All-ACC Academic distinction on the women's side, while Gavin Rockwell and Spenser Wolf were the two men honored by the conference.
Seaby was named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the third time in her career, while Ariyo, Maurer, and Meade were all honored for the second time. Alessandrini, Rockwell, and World were all recognized by the conference for their efforts in the classroom for the first time in their collegiate careers.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a grade point average of at least 3.0 for the previous two semesters and a 3.0 cumulative GPA during one's academic career, while also being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and being classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must have competed in either the ACC Championships or the NCAA Championships in the sport of cross country during the 2025 fall season.
