
Louisville Athletics Places 459 Student-Athletes on Athletic Director’s Honor Roll

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville student-athletes continue the tradition of academic excellence this spring with 459 Cardinals earning Athletic Director's Honor Roll distinction. To qualify, student-athletes must achieve a 3.0 or higher grade point average for the semester.
The department posted a 3.506 combined GPA for the spring term, marking the 31st consecutive semester with a cumulative GPA above 3.0. All 23 programs recorded team GPAs of 3.0 or higher and 81 student-athletes earned a perfect 4.0 for the semester.
Field hockey led the department with an impressive 3.795 team GPA and 10 student-athletes posting 4.0 marks. Men's Soccer recorded a 3.658 team GPA, the highest among men's programs.
Additionally, 79 student-athletes eared their degrees from UofL this spring.
