Diving Heads to US Winter Nationals

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The University of Louisville diving team is heading to Knoxville for the USA Diving Winter Nationals at Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.
Under the guidance of diving coach Ryan Rougeux, the Cardinals will send Samm Helmboldt, Grace Leonard, Adam Sneden, Lindsay Gizzi, Rayce Winn, and Else Praasterink.Â

The winter championships will begin with qualifiers on November 28 through November 30, with the finals starting on November 29 and going until December 6. The event will serve as a qualifier for the 2024 World Aquatics Championships. Knoxville is also set to host the 2024 US Olympic diving team trials on June 16-23.Â

Wednesday, November 29: Adam Sneden - 3m Qualifier
Thursday, November 30: Samm Helmboldt/Grace Leonard - 1m Qualifier

Saturday, December 2: Lindsay Gizzi - 1m Prelims
Saturday, December 2: Adam Sneden- 1m Prelims
