LOUISVILLE, Ky. - No. 15 University of Louisville women's lacrosse hosts No. 8 Duke on Thursday at 7 p.m. ET. The game will broadcast live on ACC Network and will be played at Cardinal Stadium.
The Cardinals are 5-6 overall and 1-5 in conference play. The Blue Devils enter Thursday's game at 6-5 on the season and 2-5 in the league.

Louisville is seeking its second win over a ranked opponent this season, as well as their second-straight ACC victory.

Ally Hall leads the Cardinals and ranks fifth in the ACC with 27 goals. Her 2.45 goals per game rank 10th and her 58 shots rank fourth. She did not score in the season opener against Florida, but has a 10-game scoring streak since then. During that 10-game stretch, she has eight multi-goal games. The longest goal-scoring streak of her career is 13 games from 2019 to 2020.

Hall tied her career-high with five goals in the win over Virginia Tech. She had her five goals on just seven shots. She also had five goals in the win over Marquette on 3/14/21. The five goals are the most by a Louisville player this season. She has 92 career goals and is eight shy of becoming just the 10th player in Louisville history to reach 100 career goals.

Sarah Blalock is one of the best lockdown defenders in the country and often is responsible for face guarding the opposition's best offensive threat. She limited BC's Charlotte North to one goal in game one and scoreless in game two, Marquette's Megan Menzuber to one goal and Cincinnati's Monica Borzillo to one assist.

They concluded the shortened 2020 campaign with a 6-3 record. Katie Cronin leads Duke with 23 goals, while preseason All-ACC selection Gabby Rosenzweig has a team-high 18 assists and 35 points. Maddie Jenner has registered 104 draw controls after 11 games, ranking first in both the ACC and NCAA. Goalkeeper Sophia LeRose has tallied 58 saves for a .426 save percentage, and LeRose and Callie Humphrey have both recorded 19 ground balls. Jenner, Rosenzweig, and Humphrey were all tabbed Preseason All-America by Inside Lacrosse. Head coach Kerstin Kimel owns a 307-166 in her 25th year at Duke. She has guided the Blue Devils to seven NCAA semifinals, four ACC regular season titles, an ACC Championship, and 19 NCAA Tournament appearances.

Clear Bag Policy
A clear bag policy remains in place at all UofL athletics facilities. Fans may bring one clear bag, either a one-gallon clear Ziploc-style storage bag, or a 12 x 6 x 12 inches clear tote bag. Fans will be asked to return non-approved bags or other items to their vehicle prior to stadium entry. Patrons are encouraged to have all items loose inside the clear bag for more efficient safe inspections. Clutch purses, billfolds or wallets cannot be placed in the clear bag.

COVID 19 Protocols
Stadium gates will open one hour prior to start time. Temperature checks will be conducted with appropriate space allowed to promote physical distancing. Anyone that has a reading of 100.4° or higher will be directed to a cool down area. After a 10-minute cool down period, a second temperature check will be conducted. If the temperature displayed is 100.4° or higher the person will be refused entry.

Masks are required to be worn at all times. Children aged five years and under are not required to wear a mask. Physical distancing will be enforced throughout the stadium.

Free parking will be available in the surrounding lots at Cardinal Stadium.

Food and Drink
Select concession stands will be open for the March 18 game versus North Carolina. Fans may not bring in any outside food or drink.

Tailgating in nearby University parking lots is prohibited for the 2021 season.
