
Miller Named United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville native and incoming freshman Mikayla Miller was named to the 2018-19 United Soccer Coaches High School Girls Scholar All-America Team.
This award is presented annually to high school seniors. To become a Scholar All-America at the interscholastic level, a player must first be nominated by his or her head coach. To be nominated, players must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.75 or better (on a 4.0 scale) through the first semester of their senior year, must have demonstrated recognized excellence in high school soccer and must have performed community service at the local, regional, or national level.
Miller was the President of National Honor Society at Mercy Academy. She was also on the Principal's List all four years in high school.
On the field, Miller was named to All-State and First Team All-Region her senior year. She was also named First Team All-Region her junior year. Miller was also named to All-Catholic Girls Soccer First Team her junior and senior years.
