Louisville Announces 2019 Baseball Radio Schedule

93.9 The Ville will serve as the flagship station for the Cardinals for the fifth consecutive year.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville baseball program's radio schedule for the 2019 season was released on Wednesday, with all 56 regular season games as well as all postseason games slated for radio coverage.
93.9 The Ville will serve as the flagship station for the fifth consecutive season. Selected games during the regular season will be broadcast on 1450 WXVW.
ESPN Louisville, the group behind local stations ESPN 680 and 105.7 FM, launched 93.9 The Ville, powered by ESPN, on Jan. 29, 2015. The station provides coverage of the Cardinals through an official partnership with Louisville Sports Properties, which represents UofL athletics.
The Cardinals enter the 2019 season ranked as high as No. 4 in the preseason rankings after a seventh consecutive season with at least 40 wins in 2018. Louisville was ranked in all six major preseason polls, five of which had the Cardinals inside the top 10.
Sean Moth will once again be on the call of Louisville baseball games this spring with road weekends against Connecticut, Duke, Clemson, NC State, Notre Dame and Virginia. The home portion of the schedule features contests with Boston College, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Kentucky, Miami, Vanderbilt and Florida State.
Louisville opens the season on Friday, Feb. 15 at 6 p.m. against No. 20 Connecticut in Lakeland, Fla. The series continues Saturday, Feb. 16 at 3 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 17 at 1 p.m. All three games are scheduled for coverage on 93.9 The Ville.
2019 LOUISVILLE BASEBALL SEASON TICKETS
After one season of ticketed admission for all home games, the Cardinals are giving free admission back to the fans in 2019. Louisville's 15 ACC games as well as non-conference games against UK and Vanderbilt will be ticketed events at Jim Patterson Stadium. All other non-conference matchups, including games against Ole Miss, Western Kentucky and Xavier, will have free admission.
The 2019 reserved chairback ticket packages, which include one ticket to each of the 17 ticketed games, are priced at $110 for adults, $90 for senior adults/youths and $90 for families of four or more. Season tickets for the Left Field Berm are also available at $50 per ticket. Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online here, by calling 502-GO-CARDS or by visiting the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office, located near Gate 2 at Cardinal Stadium (2800 South Floyd Street) on weekdays from 9 a.m., until 5 p.m., ET.
