Cardinals in 11th at Mason Rudolph Championship

Mairead Martin shot a 1-under-par 71 in the second round of play.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville women's golf team played nearly two rounds on Saturday at the Mason Rudolph Championship before the event in Franklin, Tenn., was stopped due to inclement weather.
The scheduled was altered Friday evening, and teams were expected to play 36 holes at the Vanderbilt Legends Club North Course. Officials stopped play midway through the third round.
Mairead Martin shot a 1-under-par 71 in the second round for the Cardinals, who carded an 11-over-par 299. The freshman registered four birdies that round and added three more in the third through nine holes. She is tied for 32nd.
Lauren Hartlage is tied for 27th after compiling a 1-over-par 73 in the second round. Delaney Shah, who totaled a 3-over-par 75, also contributed to the team score.
Louisville currently sits 11th in the team race, falling four spots after putting together an 11-over-par 299 in the second round.
Teams are slated to resume play on Sunday at 10 a.m. ET.
