Team USA will take on the Pac-12 All Stars
The USA Swimming National Team takes on the all-stars of the PAC-12 Conference on Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. PT and Oct. 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the University of Southern California. University of Louisville's Andrea Cottrell will swim for  Team USA and UofL Coach Vlad Polyakov will be on the Team USA coaching staff. The competition will have 33 total events, which will include 13 individual races and 3 relays for each gender as well as a mixed gender relay. A running score will be kept combining the points earned by both women and men. The winning team will be the team with the most combined team points at the end of the competition. As there are 613 points available in the 33 total events, the first team to 306.5 points will be the winner.

This event will be broadcast on the Pac 12 Network. Specific channel and broadcaster information for the Saturday, Oct. 21 session will be announced at a later date, while the Sunday, Oct. 22 session will air live on Pac- 12 Network, Pac-12 Arizona, Pac-12 Los Angeles, Pac-12 Now and Pac-12.com.
This is Andrea Cottrell's second time representing Team USA in this event. Last year, three University of Louisville swimmers, Andrea Cottrell, Kelsi Worrell and Mallory Comerford, helped the USA National Team win the Inaugural USA College Challenge Sunday at the Indiana University Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis. Team USA beat an all-star team from the Big Ten Conference 349-247 after two days of competition.
