Cardinals and Billikens set for 8 p.m., ET kickoff at Hermann Stadium
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -Â Riding a three-match winning streak, the Louisville men's soccer team takes to the road for a non-conference tilt at Saint Louis on Tuesday at 8 p.m., ET. Live streaming video of the match will be provided at SLUBillikens.com, while live scoring is available at GoCards.com.
ABOUT THE CARDINALS
Louisville enters the week following last Friday's 1-0 triumph against No. 1 Notre Dame, the third straight win overall for the Cardinals. UofL, which returned eight players with 13 or more starts from last year's team, has been paced by junior Mohamed Thiaw's four goals this season, including two game-winners, while Tate Schmitt has scored twice in 2016. Defensively, graduate student and Dartmouth transfer Stefan Cleveland has allowed only two goals while registering five shutouts.
ABOUT THE BILLIKENS
Saint Louis enters Tuesday's match at 1-2-2 on the season following a 2-0 loss at Denver last Thursday. A trio of SLU players have scored one goal each thus far. Last season, the Billikens were 8-7-2 overall and finished third in the Atlantic 10 with a 4-2-2 conference mark.
