Cardinals play the Bearcats for a midweek game
LOUISVILLE, KY. -- The No. 6 ranked University of Louisville women's lacrosse team travels to Cincinnati for a non-conference matchup against the Bearcats on Tuesday, March 22 at 1:00 p.m.

The Cardinals are coming off of a 16-2 win over Coastal Carolina on Sunday, the Cardinals enter the game with a 9-1 overall record. Three players posted hat tricks lead by Kaylin Morissette with five goals, while Cortnee Daley scored four goals and Hannah Koloski scored three.

Morissette leads the Cardinals in scoring with 30 points, 23 goals, 10 assists, and a team-high 23 ground balls. Daley follows with 30 points, scoring 23 goals and seven assists. Louisville keeper Brittany Read owns a 6.21 goals against average along with a .566 save percentage into the match, allowing 6.21 goals per game.

Cincinnati enters Tuesday's match with an overall record of 4-5 after dropping the last three games played. Cincinnati lost to common foe Coastal Carolina 6-5 on Friday night. Megan Bell had five points, tallying four goals and one assist.

The Bearcats are led by Bell with 29 points, scoring 19 goals and adding 10 assists. Courtney Curtis has 16 points (12 goals and four assists), followed by Amanda Donovan with 14 points (eight goals and six assists).

This is the ninth meeting between the Cardinals and Bearcats. Louisville leads the all-time series 8-0, winning last year's matchup 17-8 at UofL Lacrosse Stadium on Feb. 15, 2015.
