2015 Cross Country: Competed in all seven races this season… paced the Cardinals with a 18th place finish at the NCAA Championships garnering All-America honors…achieved three top-10 finishes including his season best sixth place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional…recorded a season best in the 8K with a time of 23:52.9 at Pre-Nationals Invitational…earned USTFCCCA All-Region and All-ACC honors.

2014-15: Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m races in the indoor season and the 1,500m, 3,000m, 5000m, and 10,000m races during the outdoor season….captured the crown at the ACC Outdoor Championships by finishing first in the 10,000m race in 29:40.19 and earning All-American honors…earned Outdoor first-team All-ACC honors…earned a first place finish in the 5,000m at the Louisville Twilight…finished second in the 3,000m race at the UT Challenge.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Cardinals … named Co-ACC Men’s Cross Country Performer of the Week for the week of Oct. 7 … earned five top 5 finishes as a junior … recorded personal-bests in the 5K and 8K distances … started the season with a second-place finish at the Flyer 5K and third-place finishes at the Commodore Classic and Greater Louisville Classic … finished second at the ACC Championships before coming in third at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 30:16.4 … earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors … one of two runners to qualify for the NCAA Championships … earned All-America honors after finishing 32nd at the NCAA Championships with a 10K time of 30:50.8.

2013-14: Competed in three events (mile, 3,000m, 5,000m) during the indoor season, and three events (1,500m, 5,000m, 10,000m) during the outdoor season ... helped earn a first place DMR finish at Hoosier Hills with a 10:10.53 time ... took first place at AAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m with a 14:31.16 time ... captured first place in the 10,000m at the AAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 30:28.43 ... posted a new career-best mile time with a 4:17.83 at Hoosier Hills.

2012-13 Track: Competed in three outdoor disciplines (1,500m, 3,000m, 10,000m) and two indoor events (3,000m, 5,000m) ... outdoor season was cut short due to injury ... clocked a 10,000m time of 28:55.55 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnvial ... at the end of the year, it was the seventh-fastest Division I time and fastest by a freshman ... posted consecutive outdoor victories ... won the 1,500m at the Shamrock Invitational and then placed first in the 3,000m at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite ... scored in both the 3,000m and 5,000m competitions at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships ... took third in the 5,000m and seventh in the 3,000m ... placed fourth at the Meyo Invitational in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:12.01.
