2015: Was 1-for-3 with one RBI in three plate appearances in first season with the Cardinals.

Before UofL: Played one season at Daytona State College hitting .290 with three home runs, 29 RBI, 15 doubles and 23 runs scored in 39 games played. Connected for a game-tying hit in his first collegiate at-bat.

High School: Earned three letters in baseball at Male High School, where he was a two-time All-State selection. Hit .400 with five home runs and 15 doubles as a prep senior and hit .400 with six home runs and 12 doubles as a junior. Advanced to the final four in the state while playing with the Bulldogs.

Personal: Born on December 9, 1992 in Brandon, Fla. Parents are Jill and Jimmy Faul. Has one brother, Michael. Majoring in exercise science. After college, he wants to play Major League Baseball. Person with the greatest influence on his athletic career was his dad who believed in him. Hobbies and outside interests included Ping Pong and putt-putt golf. Favorite movies are Shooter, 22 Jump Street and Jack Reacher. Favorite TV shows include Impractical Jokers, Bachelor in Paradise and SportsCenter. Favorite athletes are Barry Larkin and Todd Frazier. Favorite cereal is Cheerios. Favorite candy bar is Reese's. Favorite foods are pizza, roast beef sandwiches and buffalo chicken. Favorite teams are the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Browns. Favorite restaurants are Chipotle, Tom and Chee and Outback. Both his father and brother played junior college baseball in Florida.
