2005: Worked just two innings in his first season of college baseball. Tossed a perfect eighth in win over Wright State (5/16). Struck out the side in order in his collegiate debut against #12 Georgia(3/12b).

High School: Lettered twice in baseball under coach Brad Deal for the Lambkins. Also played basketball as a power forward and a center. Team advanced to the final eight his junior year. Attended the same high school as Ryan Sutter from the television show "The Bachelor."

Personal: Born 11/18/84 in Fort Collins, Colorado to Gus and Katie Williams. Is majoring in business management at U of L, and wants to get into real estate or manage and own a restaurant. Person with the greatest influence on his athletic career is his older brother Grant, a former Cardinal pitcher. Likes reading, running, street hockey, basketball, music and chillin' with friends and family in his spare time. Zoolander, Passion, Old School, Van Wilder and Rounders are his favorite movies. Family Guy, Playmakers and SportsCenter are his favorite TV shows. Mark Prior is his favorite athlete along with Roger Clemens, Carmelo Anthony and Peter Forsberg. Pasta alfredo, chicken quesadillas and Chinese foods are his favorite. Despite being a Colorado native and lifelong resident, he has never been snowboarding or skiing. His dream dinner guests would be Jesus, his brother Grant, and Lance Armstrong.
