Louisville Closes Out Road Swing With Trip to Notre Dame

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville softball team (32-8, 8-4 ACC) closes out its seven-game road swing with a trip up to South Bend, Indiana to face Notre Dame (16-23, 5-10 ACC) in a weekend series. The games will take place April 10-12 at 5 p.m. ET, 1 p.m. ET, and 1 p.m. ET on ACCNX.
The Cardinals are coming off a series win at California, taking game two and three by a combined 13-run margin. Senior Chelsea Mack led the Cards with a .643 batting average last week, tallying nine hits, four runs, three stolen bases, and a .706 on-base percentage.

- Chelsea Mack leads the team with a .485 batting average, tallying 66 hits in 136 at-bats, 44 runs scored, 31 stolen bases, and 18 RBIs. Her 31 stolen bases rank first in the NCAA.

- Kris Ganeff is in her second season as head coach after 23 years as an assistant and associate head coach with Notre Dame. In her first season at the helm, the Irish finished 23-31-1 overall and 7-17 in ACC play, ending the 2025 campaign with a loss to North Carolina in the ACC Tournament.
