Cards Hit the Road to Face No. 10 Stanford

Louisville will continue its stretch against top 25 opponents on Saturday when the Cards take on No. 10 Stanford
The University of Louisville lacrosse team will hit the road for an Atlantic Coast Conference matchup at No. 10 Stanford Saturday at 4 p.m. (ET).

OPENING DRAW
• Saturday's game marks the second of four straight top 25 opponents for the Cardinals to close the regular season. Still ahead are No. 24 Pittsburgh and No. 14 Notre Dame.
• Louisville enters the game with a 6-6 overall record following a 12-10 loss to No. 19 Virginia on Saturday.
• The Cards are led offensively by Reese Whiteman who has 35 points (28G, 7A). The junior has scored at least one goal in 11 of Louisville's 12 games this season with eight multi-goal performances
• Sophomore Ella Berg follows with 34 points (28G, 6A). She has registered at least one point in each of Louisville's 12 games this season, notching three or more goals on seven different occasions.
• Sophomore Charlotte Jackson has 17 goals and a team-best 11 assists - both career highs. She stands ninth in the ACC with a .417 free position percentage.
• Sophomore Haley Richards was recently named an Inside Lacrosse Media Midseason All-America Honorable Mention.
• As of March 30, Richards leads the nation in saves with 152 and saves per game (12.67) and save percentage (.543).
• Richards collected a school record 19 stops in the 15-5 win over Florida State - the most by any ACC goalie in the 2026 season. She has registered double digit saves in eight of Louisville's 12 contests this season.
• Sophomore Olivia Scroggie leads the team with 84 draw controls. She stands fifth in the ACC and 24th in the nation with 7.00 draw controls per game.
• Scroggie currently has 162 draw controls in her career, becoming the ninth player in program history to reach the century mark. She currently stands eighth on UofL's all-time list.
• Freshman Avery Johnston paces the team with 29 ground balls, standing fifth in the ACC in ground balls per game (2.42). Junior Cate Kangas leads the team with 17 caused turnovers.
• Head coach Scott Teeter is in his ninth season at the helm. He sits at 199-206 in his 24th season as a head coach, with a 54-89 mark at UofL.

SCOUTING THE CARDINAL
• The Cardinal (10-2, 6-1 ACC) come in ranked No. 10 in the country, but limping losing their last two contests in a ranked-on-ranked against Boston College and most recently to Villanova.
• Stanford placed four players on the Inside Lacrosse Media Midseason All-American list: Kate Bellissimo was named to the first Team, while Aliya Polisky was selected to the second Team. Annabel Frist was tabbed as an honorable mention along with teammate Mallory Hasselbeck who earns her first collegiate All-American nod.
• The Cardinal started the season an unblemished 10-0, peaking at No. 2 in the IWLCA Poll.
• Aliya Polisky's 29 goals pace the Cardinal, while tacking on 17 assists to produce a team high 46 points.
• Mallory Hasselbeck comes in second on Stanford in points with 41. Hasselbeck has 20 goals and leads her team in assists with 21.
• Ella Morton has started the last three games in goal for the Cardinal. She has 37 saves in six games played this season.
• Danielle Spencer is in her seventh season at the helm for Stanford.
