Cards open a three-game homestand starting on Saturday with an ACC matchup against California
The University of Louisville lacrosse team will return to UofL Lacrosse Stadium for a three-game homestand starting with an Atlantic Coast Conference contest against California Saturday at noon.

OPENING DRAW
• Louisville enters the game with a 4-5 overall record and a 1-4 mark in conference play. The Cards are coming off of a 16-14 loss at No. 15 Duke on Saturday.
• The Cardinals are led offensively by Ella Berg who has 28 points (23G, 5A) and stands ninth in the ACC in goals per game (2.56). The sophomore notched the game-winning goal to complete the comeback for the Cards against Cincinnati. She has registered at least one goal in each of Louisville's nine games this season with three or more goals six times.
• Junior Reese Whiteman follows closely with 27 points (22G, 5A), she has scored at least one goal in her last 10 games, dating back to April 17, 2025 and has six multi-goal performances this year.
• Sophomore Charlotte Jackson has 14 goals and and a team-best eight assists.
• As of March 17, sophomore Haley Richards leads the nation in saves with 108. She also paces the ACC in saves per game (12.00) and save percentage (.502).
• Richards collected a school record 19 stops in the 15-5 win over Florida State - the most by any ACC goalie in the 2026 season. She has registered double digit saves in six of Louisville's nine contests this season. The sophomore surpassed 100 career stops in the first quarter of the game against the Bearcats.
• Sophomore Olivia Scroggie leads the team with 72 draw controls. She stands tied for fourth in the ACC and 21st in the nation with 8.0 draw controls per game.
• Scroggie currently has 145 draw controls in her career, becoming the ninth player in program history to reach the century mark. She currently stands eighth on UofL's all-time list.
• Junior Cate Kangas paces the team with 22 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers. She stands sixth in the ACC in ground balls per game (2.44).
• Head coach Scott Teeter is in his ninth season at the helm. He sits at 197-205 in his 24th season as a head coach, with a 52-88 mark at UofL.
