November 14, 2025 | Men's Soccer
Parker Amoo-Mensah, Brody Mayer, and Cooper Olson will be joining the Cards in 2026.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — University of Louisville men's soccer head coach John Michael Hayden has announced the addition of three standout student-athletes in the 2026 signing class. Midfielder Brody Mayer (St. Louis, Mo. / Saint Louis Scott Gallagher), forward Cooper Olson (Lake Zurich, Ill. / Chicago Fire), and midfielder Parker Amoo-Mensah (Lisle, Ill. / Orlando City) will join the Cardinals next fall.
"We are extremely excited to add Brody, Cooper, and Parker to our group," said Hayden. "Each of these young men have been playing at a good level in their respective youth careers and will be great additions to a squad that is extremely hungry."
"This season we started off extremely strong but ultimately fell short of our goals," Hayden added. "We are still a young team comprised of mainly freshmen and sophomores, and the experiences we had will only help us in the future. Brody, Cooper, and Parker are top players that will immediately strengthen our team. We are thrilled that they'll be joining us soon."
The 2026 class brings balance across the field with two midfielders and one forward, featuring talent from key soccer regions across the country. Mayer adds creativity from the Heartland, Olson provides attacking power from the Midwest, and Amoo-Mensah brings leadership and technical quality from Florida's elite academy system.
