Women's Tennis Hosts UNC Greensboro to Kickoff the Spring Season

This match is the first of 12 home matches at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center
LOUISVILLE, KY. – The University of Louisville women's tennis team will open the 2025 spring season at home as they play host to UNC Greensboro. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m. ET at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
This match marks the first of 12 home matches for the Cards this season. The Cardinals will face stiff competition all season long as they go up against nine teams who qualified for the NCAA Tournament last season.
Louisville returns five players from last season, highlighted by redshirt senior Allie Gretkowski. The team is led by a strong sophomore class that includes Germany Davis, Berta Miret, Elena Noguero, and Lika Peresypkina.
The Cardinals added two newcomers into the mix, including Denver and South Carolina transfer Alice Otis, bringing in 24 singles wins in her career. Elisabeth Iila is the lone freshman on the squad.
The match marks the first meeting between the Spartans and the Cards all-time.
