PRONUNCIATION
2024-25: The sophomore from Spain played the most singles matches for Louisville this season, going 10-11 and playing mostly on Court No. 3 (8-7). Noguero finished the year winning back-to-back matches and five of her final six. She picked up quality wins over Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Boston College and Florida State. In doubles, Noguero went 9-4, with her most played with partner being Berta Miret (4-3). Noguero also played five matches with Elisabeth Iila, going 4-1 and winning four straight. With those wins coming against Georgia Tech, Clemson, Boston College and Florida State.
2023-24: Elena went 4-3 in singles, played at No. 6. She went 0-3 in doubles paired with Allie Gretkowski and Berta Miret. In singles, she scored wins against Eastern Kentucky, Kennesaw State, Middle Tennessee and scored her first ACC win against Florida State.
Prep: As a singles player, she won five Regional Titles in Lleida in the U14, U16, and Open Categories. She was also the champion of several national tournaments U12, U14, U16, U18, and Open categories including Pere Masip, Monty Tour, Warrior Tour, and Marca. In doubles competition, she was a semifinalist of the U16 Spanish Championship and was the Champion of the U14 Cataluña Championship as well as winning the Championship of the U16 Master Warrior Tour at Equelite Juan Carlos Ferrero. Her best Open National ranking in Spain was No. 90 and her best Junior National Ranking in Spain ranged from 15 to 20.
