Cards Hit the Road for a Non-Conference Match

Louisville plays MTSU in first road match since February 2
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's tennis team hits the road for the first time in over a month for a three-match road swing. It begins with a trip to Murfreesboro, Tenn., on Sunday to take on Middle Tennessee State. UofL is currently 10-3 in the non-conference and has won six of its last seven matches.
In Tuesday's ITA rankings, the Cardinals moved to #29 as a team while Natan Rodrigues and Etienne Donnet moved up to #9 as a doubles tandem. It's the highest Donnet has ever been ranked in doubles, and ties Rodrigues best ranking. They were also named Doubles Team of the Week on Tuesday as they hold a perfect 4-0 record against nationally ranked pairs.
Individually, Donnet moved up to #33 in singles and Will Mayew moved to #76. Mayew is off to the best start of any Cardinal this spring, holding an 11-1 record overall.
