Guerra Tabbed ACC Offensive Player of the Week

The junior scored the opening goal in wins over Bellarmine and UNC Greensboro.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville men's soccer forward Gage Guerra was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week announced by the league on Tuesday.
This marks consecutive weeks with a weekly conference honor for the Cardinals after Alex Svetanoff earned the Defensive Player of the Week nod during the opening week.
Guerra tallied the opening goals in victories over Bellarmine and UNC Greensboro last week.
The 2022 Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year, Guerra has acclimated himself nicely into the Louisville offensive attack, netting two of the Cardinals' six goals through the first three matches.
Guerra and the Cardinals return to the pitch on Tuesday night for a match against in-state rival Kentucky. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET at Dr. Mark & Cindy Lynn Stadium.
