
Weather Cancels Final Round Of Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic

ATHENS, Ga. – The University of Louisville women's golf team finished the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic after the final round was canceled due to inclement weather conditions.
The Cardinals finished in a tie for sixth with a score of 10-over-par 586. Mairead Martin led with a score of 1-over (145), including a tie for her season-best single round score of 71 which came in the second round.
Agustina Gomez Cisterna and Hana Ryskova ended in a tie for 22nd, each carding 3-over (147).
Despite a 79 in round one, Rylee Suttor was able to pull herself up 18 spots after an even score of 72 in the second round. Suttor finished in a tie for 51st and Carmen Griffiths tied for 58th after carding a 9-over (153).
Gabbi Bentancourt, who participated as an individual, scored 13-over (157) in a tie for 73rd overall.
The Cards will conclude their regular season when they travel to Raleigh, N.C. to play in the Wolfpack Match Play. The tournament, hosted by NC State, will take place on April 3-4.
