Women’s Golf in Sixth After Second Round of Mason Rudolph Championship

Isabella Anderson shot a team-best even-par 71 in the second round
FRANKLIN, Tenn. — The Louisville women's golf team is in sixth place overall after the second round of the Mason Rudolph Championship Saturday at the Legends Club. It was a tough scoring day as the Cardinals were 12-over-par 296 for the round but they stayed in the same spot on the leaderboard.
Freshman Isabella Anderson led the way for the Cardinals with an even-par 71 in the second round. Competing in just her second collegiate tournament, she had three birdies on the round and is tied for 27th overall.
Veronika Exposito also had three birdies on her round and finished with a 3-over-par 74. Exposito is also tied for 27th overall with Anderson at 3-over-par 145 through the first two rounds.
Madison Moman carded a 4-over-par 75 in the second round. She is tied for 38th overall at 5-over-par 147 through the first 36 holes of the tournament.
Bailey Burkett, Amy Hodgkins and Millie Cottrell rounded out the scoring for the Cardinals on Saturday. The trio all shot a 5-over-par 76 in the second round on Saturday. Burkett and Hodgkins are also tied for 38th overall at 5-over-par 147 through two rounds. Competing as an individual, Cottrell is 10-over-par 152 through two rounds.
The third and final round is set to take place on Sunday morning. The Cardinals begin their tee times at 9:50 a.m. ET and fans can follow along with the live stats here or on our social media channels.
